As a woman who regularly buys from Foschini and has an account with TGF, I am disgusted with the way I was treated. On Monday I went to purchase earrings at this branch. Not only did I have to wait about 10minutes to be served, the gentleman that "assisted" me was rude. When I had chosen which earrings to purchase, he completely ignored me and spoke to his colleagues in his native tongue, of which I did not understand. After several minutes of this, I asked what was happening. He clicked his tongue at me, and said that he was busy with another customer. I was completely disregarded. I walked straight out of Foschini and will never go back. I will be cancelling my account and going to another store that actually values their customers. This is disgusting and will ensure that many people know about this
