I have been a Foschini account holder since 1999, and I've walked into many many many Foschini stores and Foschini group stores but I've never experienced or seen what I saw last Friday. Kathu is a small mining town, so people know each other now this cashier talks to a customer across the floor, she is having a conversation while serving me not even realising that it is totally unprofessional. And then there is another lady (who works there) walking BAREFOOT in the shop. I had to wait for the jewellery lady who was busy giving a customer cellphone to show me the pricing of earrings (when I asked if there was anyone else who can help me, no she was the only one who can help). Shouldn't the pricing be visible at all times especially where the jewellery is locked up?? Please someone send these people back for a lesson in being professional and stop treating Foschini like their own shop.
