Every single month there's something, i regret ever taking a loan with your bank, firstly every person in your call centers is rude and not helpful at all, and why ask me to type in my ID number and then when i speak to someone they want it again? one or the other! and now this sms saying the 13th my debit order will go off? i don't get paid then and iv spoken to many people working at different companies and they all say that their payday date has not changed, now my credit will look bad because you want to assume because one company is doing that they all are? thank goodness this is my last month and then it will be paid off, iv never spoken to one useful person from African Bank, every call center agent is either rude or just sounds so not interested, how do you expect people to want to use your services with service like that, another thing is that your website, nothing works, try to apply for anything they say it will be quick blah blah but then i fill out details and then it just says i should call because its not working, why offer online applications if you cant actually apply online?
