I am paying one of my accounts through VVM but what really me off is the constant pestering and daily calls asking me if I have made a payment. I have never skipped a payment, yet everyday I get calls from diffrerent numbers all from VVM pestering me.
Would you rather have that I stop paying, so that I can give you enough reason to call me?
Go through my statements, even a blind person can see that I'm adhering to our arrangement, but it seems like all you people want to do is create a situation where I might have to take steps to stop this harrasment from your side!!!
The past 3-months I've just been bombarded with phone calls from you. My phone is my personal device not for you to abuse when you are feeling bored!!!
