For the last 2/3 months I keep on getting calls from Homechoice looking for someone I dont even know - we have a brand new telkom line so assume a customer of theirs got it wrong. DAILY calls - every time I tell them there is no such person here, they just ring the next day from an 'unavailable' number. Really Homechoise - do you think people are stupid? I have had the phone put down in my ear numerous times now when I get irate.
Dont you get it? Stop teaching your staff to read from a script and LISTEN to the person on the phone. AND CORRECT YOUR DATABASE!!
