African Bank calls you 10 times a day doesn't matter if you spoke to 2 people earlier with the SAME problem over and over and over AGAIN!!! put on the system that you already spoke to me everytime a call comes through it is someone else then when you say that you already made arrangements for whatever it may be they don't have any backup for it!!! This cause people to loose they number and change their numbers because of this!
Even after working hours come one really I got 2 little boys do they Really think that this is appropiate this is happening for 2 months now, and EVERYDAY I tell them the same thing over and over and over again, I have my own stress what is so hard just to put on the system that they already spoke to me no further calls after the date that was arranged the the WORST off all and I will have a fit the BAD ATTITUDE the SCREAMING at you when you trying to say that I already made arrangements and they don't believe you I will Drive to that person and sort this out myself face to face, I am not a angry person at all But this is getting to MUCH now!
