Very Rude call centre staff!!

Yesterday I got a call from one of your staff members at the call centre and they were very rude! What you all at Homechoice need to understand is that is I work at the Carlton Centre on the 27th floor - the cellphone reception here is very bad and that is why I ask most people to call me on my landline. I understand that I have outstanding amounts to pay and have never made excuses about them, but if your rude staff continue to call and hang up in my ear I have every right to decline and reject their calls! This is uncalled for behaviour especially by people that are enquiring about my account or meant to speaking to customers on a day to day basis! I even emailed homechoice this morning to ask them please do not call me on my cellphone, and now I get a gentlemen that has called me and says "That is what you say all the time, are you going to carry on doing this! " EXCUSE ME!! Dont you ever take that tone with me and Homechoice better see to it that this is dealt with asap! You cannot have such incompetent and rude staff representing your brand...
