Worst company i ever delt with. made arrangements with standard bank to pay off acc. overdraft due to moving from bank. but they still handed me over to this ridiculous people. they keep phoning me at my work, when you tell them not to shout, they tell you they don't shout but in fact shouting more. they tell me they don't need to listen to me and i should stop making arrangements and don't stick do it. once i skipped a payment only once, cause i needed to pay my doctors bills for my sons teeth. but now they want to have this attitude. she actually phoned today and told me the above and so when she shouted i put the phone down. as i told her to phone me on my cell cause all work calls are being recorded and i don't want my business all over the company. so she shouted "I WONT" so i put the phone down, and again she phones back only shouting "I WONT" and then hung up. what the its like a bunch of people very mad at life and taking it out on others. this is the worst lot of people ever, but i do see the company doesn't care as i see this is a company that doesn't respond. PATHETIC I SAY!!
