Last year march I bought a 42" plasma tv and a restonic double bed
@cnr jeppe and rissik branch in Johanessburg and I settled the balance
within 5months. Last year December I took my tv for repairs @da store
because my screen was cracked and i was advised by the mnger that it
will be fixed but I have to pay half and they store will pay half
because it's my own damage, till today i'm still waiting for the tv.
I was adviced last week that I will get a new tv because their supply
is taking time to fix my tv, so on wednesday i went to the branch again to do
a follow up so they referred me to commissioner str to check if i'll
like the same tv i had that is on display only to find that it has a
screen damage also. So the mnger told me that I have to wait for my tv
again his not fulfilling his promises
Please advice on what to do in this situation because i'm not treated fairly in this situation.
I was a good client to them by making sure that I pay my installments
in time. I've been waiting for 4months and nothing has been done.
