I went to Lebowakgomo Branch to purchase a bedroom suite, the suite that i wanted was not available in stock, I was told that they have Stock in Thohoyandou and that I can take the Displayed one in the meantime whilst waiting for stock and as soon as they receive stock, they will come and fetch the display one and give me the new bedroom suite that i bought.
We noticed immediately while still in the shop that the Suite was damaged at the back (looked like water damage) but the Manager assured me that i should not worry as it is temporary because i will be getting my new one soon, Weeks and Months went by even a year but i never got feedback or anything, i called and went to the store only to be offered Juice and Biscuits i guess that was supposed to calm me down but my query was still not sorted till today i am still waiting.
Aubrey the Branch Manager told me that the least he could do was to send people to come and fix it, why? Why should i pay the price of a Brand new suite for damaged displayed goods, you never gave me a new suite.
Joshua Doore give me the suite that I am currently paying for or otherwise give me a discount for the damaged display one.
