We are waiting for almost 2 weeks for delivery of our beds, this complaint is directed to the warehouse and NOT the store as we got great service from the guys at the store.
Please look into what the hold up is as we tried calling your warehouse and people waste our time as no one wants to accept any responsibility or commit to delivery times.
Your warehouse is actually letting your front end of your business down as customer who wait so long usually get refunded and take their business elsewhere.
Please could someone contact me and commit to resolving this issue.
