I don't even know how to put this in words. I ordered stock 4 weeks ago. I was put under pressure to sign for the goods worth R80 000. The Branch asked me when to deliver and i said on the 30th of March. All was good. A week later the warehouse called and asked me when to deliver, so again i said 30th March. The week after that they called me again and asked if i want delivery on the 28th, i said no i requested the 30th of March 3 times already.by the end of the week, Saturday the 30th, i called to see where my delivery was as i was busy moving into my new place. To my surprise, i was told they don"t do deliveries over the long weekend. Who was that stupid person at the warehouse calling me all the time to confirm and nobody had the BRAINS and proper Manager or Planning Skills or System that they work on to let me know they cant deliver in advance. How stupid and useless can people be. I can employ school kids to manage and run your workshop better. Then they told me they had me on for delivery for the 2nd April, guess what happened on the 2nd, they said they are so after the long weekend, they don"t do any deliveries for that day as the warehouse is a mess. still waiting
