Purchased bed on Sunday 24th March. Wednesday they couldnt get hold of me by phone. I called warehouse back 3 times, where person on extension did not pick up. I went to to vanderbijlpark store at 4.30pm on Wednesday to query what is happeneing about 5.30pm delivery. They said the warehouse was very angry with me as they could not get a hold of me, whereas my returned phone call was not attended to/could not get in touch with them either. The lady at the stroe said they will deliver on Thursday 5.30pm. NO DELIVERY AND NO PHONECALLS FROM STORE/WAREHOUSE ON THURSDAY. Called on saturday to query where is the bed? they said the bed was dispatched on the 28th March .?? Bought the bed specifically to have guests over for the long weekend.

Get an sms today saying bed is on its way- call the store they said its on its way although I am at work?? Want a refund. Service not good enough.
