I purchased 5000 clay bricks at Builders warehouse Kempton Park on 15 June 2013 on the undertaking by the Builders warehouse that the delivery will take place on 18 June 2013 in the morning. Necessary calls where made by Builders warehouse to the delivery people and confirmation was that transportation will be available to deliver my 5000 bricks on Monday 18 June 2013 morning. The whole day went by and no one from Builders called to apologise for the non delivery of stock.
I phone Builder warehouse in Kempton Park and I was given a poor reason that the truck was working in Boksburg and was not available to do my delivery.
I refuse to accept such an explanation and to be treated like that by Builders warehouse. Builders warehouse was quick to promise and accept payment but failed to deliver as contracted.
