I've recently transacted a sale with HIFI corp Tygervalley, I requested and paid for delivery but to date I have still not received my items (it has been a full 2 weeks). At first the cashier (Gaynor Magerman) captured the incorrect address. I subsequently had to cancel this delivery and go in store to ensure they had the correct address. In the second case I was told my items have not been dispatched from warehouse and that warehouse is closed so they cannot fufil this delivery (This i was told after waiting for the whole day for and only informed upon my enquiry). Lastly I called this branch to try and arrange for another delivery however I was once again informed that warehouse is closed AGAIN and that one of the items I have purchased are out of stock (Branch manager- Cindy confirmed this)
So HIFI corp, why sell goods if you are not going to be able to honour these sales, is that even Lawful?
Why charge your customers for delivery if you have no itentions of even dispatching these items?
AND WHY IS YOUR WAREHOUSE ALWAYS CLOSED???
P.S Im am still waiting for your consultants to call and let me know that my Canon camera Tripod has arrived or should I wait till Kingdom come
