Pathetic Service Delivery

On the 23 Feb we paid for an Edblo bed and base set at the above store. Instore the bed was advertised for R2699.99 but we saw it advertised on TV for R2499.99. Upon enquiry with manager, he confirmed that the bed was on special for R2499.99. We were told that delivery will take place on the 25 Feb. At 13h00 we called the store and Charles informed that the warehouse was striking so there was a backlog of deliveries and we will receive the bed on Wed. Wed there was no delivery and as per Charles again, the delivery vehicle had broken down. We contacted head office, spoke to Duke the regional manager and after a few enquiries Duke called back to say that there was no broken down truck - there is no stock! There had been 2 beds in the warehouse but they were damaged. We were sent back and forth and was told to go to the store on the 01 March and choose a bed. We did, however, Charles was very unaccommodating as he said that is an expensive route and cannot be done! He was going to contact the GM and get back to us. He calls us at 15h00 on Saturday! The and level of service delivery is absolutely appalling!!! No bed was delivered, money was collected and we will not shop there!
