PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!! Your call centre agents are rude!!! Your agent Farai contacted me this morning, i told him that as per the last 5 calls I have requested that my number be removed from the system as I am no longer interested in receiving any calls from Homemark!! As per previous advisors he could not put me through to management as there is always an excuse why I can't speak to a manager! Farai refused to put me through and he refused to supply me with his Surname (as he feels this is personal)!!!
What must I do to speak to management??? How do I get my number removed???
I have spoken to many of your advisor who can't take NO for an answer and argues with me when I don't want to take the 'offer'. I'LL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOMEMARK AGAIN!!
I want a manager to call me back and confirm that my number is removed from the list.
This is not the first rude advisor I have dealt with, your advisors make your company look desperate!!!
