Deducting amount from credit card without consent

On the 8th of Feb'13 an amount of R2699 was deducted by Homemark from my Credit card without my consent.
I phoned Homemark and they said they will listen to the conversation they apparently had with my wife.
I phoned about every friday to enquire how long it still going to take as I was paying interest on the money they put through on my Credit card budget account (6 months).
I got a call from one of their agents last week friday (8 March, 13) telling me that they have listened to the taped conversation and that my wife did not consent to buy the products. She told me that my money will be paid back as soon as possible. It is now a week later and I had to make the first payment (plus interest) to that outstanding budget account on my credit card. When will I get my money, and will they refund me the interest as well.
I see on Hellopeter that this is happening quite often. Is this not a credit act violation for which the business right of being able to deduct money from people's credit cards should be revoked or even credit card charges being brought against Homemark
