I bought a graphics card for a friend/client a few years back because our suppliers didn't have a card in his price range and my experience with prophecy was still positive until that point...
After getting an extra screen he realized the DVI port was faulty, meaning it was faulty from the start. We sent it back and the "request" was opened on 24 October 2012. After almost a month a new card was received (looked used), which ended up to be faulty. It was sent back and the new card received was a big downgrade - prophecy didn't check the package they received from Asus, they just forwarded it. Thus it was sent back again. The third replacement card was also faulty and sent back. Now after almost 6 months he is still without a working card...
A lot of things happened during this period which is omitted, but the biggest issue is the terrible service and lack of communication/updates. We are both tired of spending the time and effort.
I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.
