I contacted Prophecy shop in May about an RMA for a Western digital hdd. Twice I had to wait 4 working days for any reply to my emails.
On Monday 3 June I drove to Linden to drop off the drive. It's now been 4 weeks and I still have no replacement. Not once have Prophecy sent me an update on this without me first having to send them an email or 2. Christiaan told me on the 18th that the supplier said they should have a replacement for him in that week.
I sent another email yesterday morning. Still waiting for a reply. Prophecy's claim of "Quick shipping, great prices and excellent after sales support since 2005" seems like a joke.
