About 3 years ago I bought a top range graphics card online at the prophecy shop, just before the guarantee expired, the card failed. That particular model was no longer available at the suppliers, so prophecy shop sent me a brand new replacement card that was better than the card I bought. No hassles, prompt and efficient service and customer care.
Thumbs up to the prophecy shop. I will most certainly buy from them again.
