I've ordered two or three times from Prophecy and always had good results. Most recently I placed an order that included an HDD that turned out to be faulty. I called, explained issue, Chris asked me if I had tried a few options, which I confirmed I had. End result was that he said he'd order a replacement for me and when it arrived I could return the faulty one when I collected the new one. I had expected to be told I had to return faulty one before anything would progress. Very impressed with service, as I have been previously, and will always recommend them to my friends.
Why does this site show them as being a company that doesn't respond when I can see their replies to complaints and compliments...?
