I bought a lounge suite at Lewis store Claremont last year. I paid cash for the lounge suite.
It was faulty and was repaired and came back damaged.
They collected it last year and I am not getting any feedback as to when it will be fixed an when it will be returned to me. Nobody is returning my phone calls, even the manager said he was going to phone me back but don't.
The only feedback I am receiving is that it is with the supplier. Surely it cannot be with the supplier since last year.
Please get back to me asap with positive feedback or I will take this further, the service is pathetic.
