Order placed 30 January - 16 April still no Goods

We placed an order for chairs at the end of January, and paid the amount in full and every single week I get promised that the chairs are going to be delivered, but nothing arrives.

The services that I have received from Obros has been absolutely horrendous, I can't believe that every one that I dealt with told me every week, "the chairs will be delivered tomorrow" and lastly Johan told me last week that the chairs would be delivered on Friday - last week.

We have been waiting for these chairs since the end of January and we are halfway through April already, I honestly don't know why I still believed the stories they told me and that I waited this long before asking for our money back. Hopefully we will get the money back much easier than the chairs that we ordered.
