We ordered 8 dining chairs from Rochesters in July 2012. The first delivery was done about a week later but ALL the chairs were damaged so I send all of them back. Then they tried again about a month later - this time four was fine and four was damaged and had to be send back.
Then eventually in December 2012 we received the last chairs.
In January 2013 I noticed that the leather cover on one of the chairs is coming loose and I took it back to the store to be replaced.
It is almost March now and I am still waiting for the chair to be replaced. Even though they seem to be working on it I do not get any feedback or updates unless I phone them to ask what is going on and of course the always have an handy excuse available.
I have been waiting for 6 months now just to get 8 undamaged dining chairs and are still waiting...
