Poor service delivery and inefficient

I purchased dining chairs on Mr Price Home on the morning of 25 November. I was told 3-5 days for delivery. The chairs were delivered on the afternoon of the 6th day and the chairs came without legs.

I paid an additional sum of R 100.00 to have the chairs assembelled and delivered. Who delivers chairs without the legs? Is that even possible? Well Mr Price found a way to make it possible and I am still sitting without my chairs, and not a call or email from Mr Price Home regarding this. I don't know when to expect my chairs with the legs?

I initially went to the store to buy the chairs and due to the poor service (waited for half an hour to be told that they only have 3 in stock and I wanted 4), I received at the Design Quarter Store, I decided to order the chairs on-line. Totally disappointed. Last time I will be supporting Mr Price Home
