1. Ordered 3 items, but due to a system fault a voucher is applied three times (in my favour). They pick up on the problem but let me have the 3x voucher anyway. Wow!
2. Ordered an item, but due to wrong information from their supplier, they shipped a slightly different item. They refund me in full and let me keep the incorrect item!
3. Ordered an item but the item is faulty. After waiting a while for their supplier to contact me, they decide to send me another item (better than what I ordered) to apologize, and let me keep the faulty item as well.
Any company that goes so far out of their way to help their customers deserve some kind of reward!
