Ordered 2 items for a christmas present for my child - both arrived a week later only to find out that one was incorrect - i ended up returning the parcel and immediately ordered the items again hoping to make it before christmas (as per the advice from a kalahari call agent) - a week later the day before christmas the items arrived only to find out the incorrect items were again delivered - I had no choice this time to keep the incorrect item as it was the day before christmas and couldnt not give my child a christmas present. I did call Kalahari after this which was kind of fruitless as there was nothing they could do being so close to christmas. My overall experience was very frustrating and dissapointing
