Granted, the item I ordered was not the same as what was delivered, but the returns process and Kalahari trying to rectify the problem is commendable. Instructions on returns and out come of returns has been made clear. A courier will be collecting the item, if kalahari cannot source the correct item, then I will be credited with the amount of the purchase. Kind of a win - win situation. Thanks for the assistance
