Laptop under warranty, struggle to sort it out

I bought a lenovo laptop on the 12/9/2012 at incredible connection westgate shopping centre in roodepoort.2 Weeks later they phone me to tell me that my laptop is been liquid damaged and that i have to pay r1200. Why i have to pay the to repair the laptop, because it is still under warranty that i couldn't understand why liquid damage as my laptop sleeps in a laptop bag all day only came out if i work on it. After my laptop was sent in, nobody inform me what the out come is for my laptop so i visit the branch and a shock i received to inform me that it is not r1200 bud r4000.I was so upset that how they just can change prices on n previously quote given. So mpho said she will try and sort the mess out for me. As i heard nothing from hear i decided to phone the branch, so nobody could help me and ask if they can phone me back. As the time flies and nobody phone me back, i decided to phone the branch again and logged a complain, as the manager said he will do a investigation and come back to me, nobody did. So i phone the branch again left a message. on the 14/12/2013 and speak to lebogang and he inform me that the manager will phone me back on Monday the 17/12/2013.As i still wait no respo
