Bought the Samsung laptop in Oct 12. Hard drive crashed in beginning Dec 12, took it back, cannot do anything till mid Jan 13
We had to go in to find out about our laptop it was there, hard drive replaced. took it home, it slowed down from start-up to various applications.
Took it in 2 Sunday's ago- No technicians (Stay Away) but nobody tells you this.
Called the manger, he was helpful, took in the laptop with a promise that last Monday a technician would sort it out.
Went into Cresta branch this last Saturday, and the B/Manager was off, So I asked for the manger on duty "The Sales Manager"
After trying to find out where is out laptop, we get informed in a cheeky and Arrogant manner by this S/Manager, that out laptop has been send back too the supplier
When I asked why is there no communication in the store, and now we are again anther week "No Laptop". His attitude was totally unfriendly and non caring, that he gave me the 3rd degree, like it was my fault.
I told him I want my money back and I will go somewhere else - "His response was - it is not their problem but mine
Boycott the Cresta Branch as the junk you buy will become your nightmare
