I was contacted by a foschini consultant in october letting me know that i was in arrears for an account that i didnot open, so i was told to getan affidavit from police to state this. i propmtly went to police station and delivered the documents to the RANDPARK RIDGE branch, 2 months later i have not receicved a call from either department or fochini instead i get caals from the debt collectors and guess what the account is still open. a month later i get a call from so called lawyers saying i have been blacklisted, HOW may i ask Foschini is it my fault that an account was opened, i reacted and then you still b lacklist me. i tried to get a house, guiess what?? i failed cause foschini blacklisted me. now the so called lawyers say i must go to branch and gety the affidavit and send to them. I must drive to randpark ridge for this??
