I have been trying to order a cover for my MSpa from Megamaster since November 2012.
First the lady that handled my call had no idea what I was wanting, she had to call someone else, secondly, when they eventually figured out what I wanted, they had no stock and had to order from head office in Johannesburg, when I did not hear anything after a few days, I called again and asked for head office number. I called Garreth from Head office who assured me that he would send a cover down to the Cape Town Branch. When again I did not hear anything, I called the Cape Town Branch only to be told that no cover arrived. I called Garreth again who then said that he never received an order from the Cape Town Branch, which means he did NOT take care of it. Then this year I decided to try again and spoke to Tinus from the Western Cape branch who apologised for the inconvenience and said that he would have the cover couriered from Jhb and would contact me, again I had to do the contacting... and still today, no cover. I find this so frustrating and feel that people who are in business should be more service orientated.
