We got a Samsung 32inch with extended warranty from Hirsh's we took it back to them a month ago and had to first fight with them to prove on their own system that are setup in their Store to prove the AV input was not working properly and they just called this week to say nothing is wrong with it when we had to fight to prove that it was faulty in-store. I am about to go back and get this to prove the point in question!!! Pooor service and passing the buck. Lets see what this store visit has for us!
