Collected my bauer pans 10 april after repair. I followed verimark mstaff member to his stand as i wasnt happy with the one he gave me back. On my way back to returns is passed the ladies working in returns and asked about the pans to which they said it was in returns someone is waiting there. When i got there returns was locked and is was left standing there like an. Staff members new it was locked but told me a that someone was there. THANKS MAKRO FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE.!!! 1111
