NO CASH IN TILLS FOR A REFUND?? PATHETIC

Yesterday, 9 April, I bought an ipad cover for an ipad4 at Incredible Connection. I asked the salesman to open it to see if it will fit but he said he could not because it is sealed. When I got home I established that It was unsuitable, I phoned the store and they said I could return it for a cash refund. Today when I got there they said they were unable to refund me because they did not have R529 in their tills and said I must come back later this afternoon. In other words they expected me to drive from Sasolburg to Vanderbijlpark again to see if customers paid cash for items during the day so that can cash refund me with R529. I refused and eventually they had to take some money from the tills and the rest from the personnel in the store. This took me a long time experiencing the most terrible service and I still cannot believe, as I also told them, that a huge store like Incredible Connection do not have R500 plus in their tills to refund customers. I will never again buy anything from Incredible Connection.
