Incredible Connection
Superior management skills!!!

I bought a Drone for R4000 which went faulty, incredible connection gave me a voucher which I was happy to receive. I bought R2000 of items and didn't have the need to buy anything else from Incredible connection.

I asked the manager Morne if it was possible to refund me the balance of R2000 in cash and he was too happy to help me with my request. I will definitely go back to this store because of the GREAT SERVICE!!!
