Hi, in may 2013 i settled my account with incredible connection and even paid R15 extra and the store said they will refund me but till today they haven't. they only refund me the R1071.56 that they too in my bank account after paying at an ATM. now i get a statement saying that i must pay R1201.36. what really anoys me is that i told them i want to pay they every cent and don't want them to keep any record of me and that will never ever buy anything from there
