HOW TO LOOSE A CUSTOMER AFTER 22 LOYAL YEARS

On the 06/02/2013, 3 transactions were done on my account at Waterfall mall in Rustenburg, I stay in Centurion and was at work. I have gone to Edgars at The Reds Mall in Wierdapark to complete a dispute form, on arrival they said I must go the police station, the staff did not have a cooking clue what to do. I have sent out numerous e-mails to Janine Davis who works at Edcon, she assured me that she will note on the system that there are transactions on my account and that I do not have to worry, she will request the transaction slips from the store where the items were purchased and refer this to the dispute department for further investigation. On Monday I received an SMS to inform me that Edcon has listed me as a slow payer listing to the registered Credit Bureaux, and this morning I have received a statement displaying my account is overdue. What I would like to know how is it possible to purchase on someone else's account without a physical card? I have been a loyal customer for 22 years and I must say that I am very disappointed with service received to date, I will not pay for something I did not buy. I will take legal action if necessary
