Every time I deal with Yuppiechef I am blown away. The online store is simple and easy to navigate, the delivery time on goods is exceptional. The customer service is beyond expectation! I have dealt with Olivia Grant on a number of occasions and I get efficient responses with adequate information. She follows up, goes the extra mile and really gives customers a great experience. The only thing that I have to say for other consumers guidance and for yuppichef's feedback is that some items on the site do not reflect the product in actuality and at times I have landed up with complete rubbish... Nonetheless, Olivia has always been helpful in this regard and assisted me with returns, exchanges, contacting suppliers etc.
