Good evening helopeter am writing this email to you, as you are my last resort. I have tried to follow proper complaints procedure by taking my complaint to the relevant people within the chain of Bears store, but unfortunately I haven't heard any luck. Last year October on the 21st, I took in my TV for repairs ad it was giving me problems for some time, I was assisted by the lady called Nomsa (I think) to book in the TV for repairs. My nightmare began when the TV couldn't go for repairs as they had charged the store R3999.00 and the manager Mr Makwe wasn't prepared to pay such an amount and came with the solution to get me a new TV . At first I understood that the TV was out of stock hence I kept on following up with Mr Makwe from the store side but my patient wore thin as I couldn't get a straight forward answer as go when am going to get my TV and, that's when I contacted the bears contact centre to try and sort the matter with them as soon as possible ad I had been dealing with the store and I wasn't given the satisfactory service that am paying for after all., they also failed to give me an answer as to when am getting my tv and its been 6months without my TV. Please help
