I am not sure Homemark actually has a Customer Service Department??? We purchased the Steam Mop 3 weeks ago online and it needs repair due to poor quality. We have sent an e-mail, have phoned and left messages a few times - including today AGAIN - and no response from either Ann or Maria who are supposed to be the faces behind Customer Care!?! I have a lot of joy getting though to the Sales Department - hence this is where i have left all my messages - but have yet to speak to someone from Customer Services - albei that I hold on for ages when choosing option 4 (Customer Services) on the phone menu (to mention again that option 1 - Sales - works perfectly everytime!). This says a great deal about Homemark and i will be sure not to purchase any of their products again!
