On 31st March 2013, I went with my Mum to Gateway NWJ, to purchase a gift for my niece who turned 21. I was greeted by the sales lady there at the time, she stood close to the till and sad to say never approached me to offer any help, after waiting for about 5 mins, I walked out to the jewellery store next door and made a cash purchase of R1800.
There were several ladies behind the counter but I was not approached by either of them and the store was not even busy, there was one other customer there at the time.
this is just bad service!
