A week before Chistmas in 2012, went to Games in Gateway to buy a normal R599 vacuum cleaner. normally replace my vacuum every 4yrs with R599 one & do all my electronic purchases from Games Stores & also purchase the xtra 2yr warranty for each item. Two Tevo reps approached me & convinced me to buy the Bissel upright vacuum as they were on Promo for R1499 & was very good to remove pet hair. They also advised this machine comes with 2yr swop out warranty. This was the most I ever paid for a vacuum, but took it based on their sales talk. Machine stopped working on 26/1/2013. Spoke to Mannie the Games store manager on 27/12/2013, explain problem and also advised him that I have misplaced cash sale slip as I paid cash. I also advised that I can produce all my other slips to show that I purchased from this store. He advised to come in and see him and he will see what he can do. My wife went to the store two hours later, Zane advised Mannie was not in. He advised nothing could be done and reluctantly took her to Shaista at Tevor. Both were rather brash & advised that this machine was discontinued and nothing can be done. I will not purchase from Games or Tevor as I feel cheated!
