I was keen to purchase a pair of ladies Timberland boots and went into the Gateway store. I saw one pair I was interested in and picked it up off the shelf and showed my husband. (At no point in our time in the store were we greeted or offered any assistance). I put them back and when I turned around I saw a female sales assistant rearrange it on the shelf. No offer of assistance either. I left the store immediately and will be taking my business of an expensive pair of boots elsewhere... Fail Gateway Timberland!! If that's how you treat potential customers I will encourage all my family and friends to boycott shopping at your store because your customer service is pathetic!!!
