I recently purchased at the store and was told that I should receive my furniture within a week, this was two TVs, a wardrobe and a fridge. Now the one TV plus the wardrobe and fridge came within the week but the other TV didn't. Plus I was told that if I open the account with them before/by the 31st of March and spend more then 6999 or more I'll get a microwave. The sales person refused to give me the free item plus when I got the wardrobe it had scratches and dents. I did let them know and no action was made. Its been close to 3 weeks now and I still haven't got the TV the free item and the 1st debit order is to run on the 27th of April.. Why should I pay for something I haven't got??
