To whom it may concern
I bought a Memories Direct Volume 1 "homemark product" from CNA in boksburg east rand mall for ZAR299.99 on the 06-02-2013. On the box it shows you that the items is in total a 8001pice so at the back of the box its show you all the contents inside the box and the total amounts as well!! So i then calculate all the totals and came to a total of -7956 so by now i already start to worry!! Then i opened the box and found that there are quite some stuff missing!!! I then first contacted homemark on the number provided at the back of the product. I spoke to one of the homemark consultants and explained to them what i have found and told them that i want to speak to one of the homemark managers so the consultants said i cant and i should go back to CNA and speak to their managers. so as i go back to CNA again after several hours on the phone the manager at CNA said she will take it up with their supplier and then will contact me back with some answers. its been almost a week now and still did not hear anything from either of them!! i am really upset and fed-up with this now and want to take it to the papers if i don't get a response in the next few day's
