Order Placed 31 Dec, still no delivery

I've made an online order through Homemark for a Jump Start Juicer Deal for the amount of R599.95 on 31/012/2012. Order number #7551 and Homemark Order Number: 10871 with my credit card. The amount was immediately deducted from my account. I have still not received the appliance that I paid for. I followed up with Homemark on Monday 28/01/2013. After a couple of hours someone did call back and claimed that they could not allocate my address. I've given him detailed directions and said that I make almost monthly orders with [URL Removed] and Catridgeworld, and none of their courier service struggles to find my physical address. This morning I have started to contact Homemark again to enquire about my appliance. The customer line cuts of. I called Head Office. They keep on taking my number with no reply. Eventually got to warehouse, where the lady said that my parcel was delivered on 11/01/2013??? Who signed for it, a Mr Mahlangu? Who is that? What can I do or how do I get a refund with interest?
