Approximately a month after purchasing 2 3-seater couches from Coricraft Crescent, I complained the couches were not sitting properly in the middle.
I have had the worst customer service from not only the store but also the customer care centre. Amongst other things, I have been misled as to what the problem is with my couch, told I shouldn't sit in the middle of the couch, told once the couch is 'repaired' that there is no guarantee the couch will not present the same problem and I have on numerous occasions waited for a return call which never came! Finally I decided to return the couches as I was not satisfied with the chance I might have to deal with this issue again, and was promised a full refund once the couches were assessed on arrival at the warehouse to ensure they were in good order.
After the couches were so badly handled by the team collecting the couches, I called to explain I could not be held responsible for what damage may have been done by them. I was told that I would be given my refund and would be called for banking details.
On calling them to give them the details, I have now been told there is a procedure to be followed and must wait for further assessment!
