We ordered recliner couches from Coricraft. It was delivered later than the expected date. The quality was pathetic. The assessor came out and agreed that there were so much wrong with the couches they are willing to change it or refund us. We thought let's give it another try. The new couches were to be delivered on 21 May 2013. It was only delivered on 11 June 2013 and I had to fight for discount. Again the couches' quality is pathetic. The cushions are not of the same height, the stitching is not aligned, there are holes in the leather. Then I am told, because it is recliners and it has moving parts, the stitching will not be aligned. Nonsense, it is not even aligned when it is upright and what about the cushions not being the same height. Then they tell me they want to send someone to re-dress the couches. That is not going to sort the issues. At this stage I just want my money back and they can have their products. Coricraft will not see me again.
